About Us
Since 2006, we have been bringing people and jobs together – reliably, personally, and on an equal footing. As a Hamburg-based staffing service provider, we place personnel in nine industries: from nursing and engineering to medical/healthcare and trucking.

The corporate programme "Success Factor Family" supports companies in advancing a family-conscious personnel policy. The Germany-wide network was launched in 2007. Arbeitswelt has been part of the programme since 24.07.2019.
The Hamburg Family Seal confirms that companies are committed to the compatibility of family and work. The seal is awarded by the Hamburg Alliance for Families, a consortium of the Hamburg Senate, the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts and the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. Arbeitswelt has carried the seal since 16.11.2017.
Arbeitswelt has been a member of the Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen, or iGZ for short, since 05.01.2006. The seal of quality stands for temporary work that adheres to certain values such as fairness, respect and reliability, which are anchored in the iGZ Code of Ethics.
The network "Companies Integrate Refugees" supports companies in employing refugees. As an information platform, the network shares knowledge and tips on how integration can succeed. Arbeitswelt has been a member since 08.10.2019.
Since 05.01.2019, Arbeitswelt has held the DIN EN ISO 9001 certification. ISO 9001 is a quality management standard that sets minimum requirements for the quality management system and tests the processes and quality of corporate management.
The certificate confirms that various continuing education measures have been reviewed and certified as part of the AZAV certification. It is a quality seal within the DIN 9001:2015 certification.
Arbeitswelt has been AZAV-certified since 05.01.20219. AZAV is a quality requirement within DIN 9001:2015. This means that it is permitted to carry out private recruitment services and AZAV-funded educational measures.
